Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and time.
That payment is part of your total amount. Re-scheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your shoot.
Clients are allowed to re-schedule ONCE. After having rescheduled once, if you are unable to attend your future appointment, there will be a re-scheduling fee applied to your final balance which will equal the same amount paid as a deposit. If the fee is not received, your future appointment will be cancelled.
A no-show appointment will result in automatic cancellation.
Your balance is due the day of your session but can also be paid before your session if you wish to do so.

Photo Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery.

Delivery timeframe:

Portrait Sessions: 5–7 business days
Events & Celebrations: 6–8 business days
Weddings: 5–6 weeks

Additional Edited Images

If more edited images are requested beyond the number included in your package, additional images may be purchased for $10 each.
Additional creative photo manipulation: $50 each.
Additional edited images will be delivered after payment has been received.

Client Selection

Clients may select their favorite images from the proof gallery up to the number included in their package. Any selections exceeding the package limit will be considered additional images and charged accordingly.

Travel Fee Policy

Travel within 20 miles of RSM Creative Studios is included at no additional charge.
For locations more than 20 miles a travel fee will apply to cover transportation costs and travel time. The exact fee will be determined based on the event location and will be clearly communicated before booking confirmation.
Additional travel-related expenses, such as parking fees, tolls, or venue access charges, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
By booking with RSM Creative Studios, the client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable travel fees outlined in their quotation or invoice.
